Independent National Electoral Commission ENUGU State are called to facilitate the movement of electoral materials to some of the polling units of ENUGU north senatorial zone.

Two of the electorates, Mr Chima and John chucks made the call while waiting to cast their votes at the polling units in the areas.

At about ten o o’clock in the morning to one o’clock in the afternoon, electorial materials have not reached the areas as expected.

Areas include, University of Nigeria Nsukka, catholic church unadu in Igbo eze south, Siemens Eha ulo ward in Ehalumona, Ibagwa Aka and Agu amagu Edem polling unit Akpozi ward in Nsukka local government Area.

However the situation is different at Imilike Agu polling unit in Udenu LGA, Idiogba Ozara ward Amukpa village hall 010 polling unit Opi, Iheaka ukwuagba ukwutara ward and Akwashi ohodo polling unit ward 3 where electorial materials arrived early but the electorates were not available to cast their votes.
In an interview, two electorates, Monday Chukwu and Godstime Ugwu expressed joy that the voting is going smoothly and urged people to come out and exercise thier franchise.
Also security personnel were on ground to maintain law and order in the areas.
Corespondent reports that the turn out of voters were poor across the areas visited.
